Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to the Pure Eats Journal mobile application and related services operated by KRÓL SP Z O O (the “Service Provider”).

The policy explains how information is handled when you use the Application.

We do not collect or store personal information.

The Application does not collect, log, or store personal information through normal use. Registration and user accounts are not required.

If the Application is used with an active internet connection, technical protocol data such as an ephemeral IP address may be transmitted as necessary to establish network connectivity. The Service Provider does not retain that information or use it for tracking.

Local use: information you create in the Application is intended to remain under your control on your device. The Service Provider does not operate a server-side user account or personal-data store for normal app use.

No precise location collection.

The Application does not collect precise real-time location information from your mobile device.

No personal data is shared from normal app use.

Because the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, the Service Provider does not have app-collected personal information to sell or share with third parties.

There is no server-side personal data to retain.

The Service Provider does not collect or store personal information generated through normal use of Pure Eats Journal. Accordingly, there is no app-collected personal data retained on the Service Provider’s servers and no retention period for such data.

If you voluntarily contact the Service Provider outside the Application, for example by email, the information contained in that communication may exist in the relevant communication system for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your request or meet applicable legal obligations.

No account data or server-side app profile needs deletion.

Because Pure Eats Journal does not create an account and the Service Provider does not collect or retain personal information through normal app use, there is no server-side app account or personal-data profile for the Service Provider to delete.

Removing the Application from your device removes the Application itself. Device-level data can also be cleared using the controls provided by your operating system.

If you voluntarily provided information to the Service Provider outside the Application, you may request deletion of that information by contacting [email protected], subject to any information the Service Provider is legally required to retain.

Children’s privacy.

The Application is not intended for children under 13 years of age, or such higher age as required by applicable law. The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit personal information from children or market the Application to them.

A minimal-data approach reduces exposure.

Because the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, exposure of app-collected personal data is minimized. No security system is completely secure; the Service Provider applies reasonable safeguards to systems and to any information it may hold outside normal app use.

If a security incident affects information voluntarily provided to the Service Provider, notification will be made where required by applicable law.

Updates to this policy.

The Service Provider may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by publishing an updated policy and effective date. Where applicable law requires consent for a material change, consent will be requested before that change takes effect.
